IWIA Indian Women Arbitrators Database
A Critical Resource for Diverse Arbitrator Appointments
Indian Women in International Arbitration (IWIA) has successfully launched the IWIA Indian Women Arbitrators Database initiative through high-impact events held in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore in October 2024.
This platform is a crucial step to Bridge The Gap between parties, law firms, global arbitration institutions and highly qualified Indian Women Arbitrators, who are currently vastly underrepresented in arbitrator appointments. The database is designed to address the persistent underrepresentation of women on arbitral tribunals by creating a centralized, easily accessible resource of highly qualified and experienced Indian women practitioners, experts, and potential arbitrators.
Are You a Qualified Indian Woman Arbitrator?
We are currently accepting applications from qualified women practitioners of Indian origin who wish to be listed in the database for potential arbitrator nominations.
