IWIA really came from a personal place for me. Over the years, I couldn't help but notice how few Indian women were seen as arbitrators or prominent voices in global legal circles. It struck me that we were missing a space where we could truly connect, support each other, and lift each other. So, I wanted to create something that would allow Indian women practitioners from all over the world to come together—sharing not just knowledge and resources, but also the kind of support that helps us grow and thrive in our careers. It's all about empowering each other and creating the visibility we deserve.
